With more than two decades of HR leadership experience across complex, global environments, Dana has built a distinguished career helping organizations of all sizes navigate growth, transformation, and change with confidence and clarity.
She spent over 20 years in senior roles at industry-leading companies, including Accenture and Avanade, where fast-paced was an understatement and the expectation for HR was nothing short of strategic, solutions-oriented partnership.

Dana has a proven track record of driving strategies that strengthen organizational growth, improve retention, accelerate recruitment efforts, lead teams through change, and advance inclusion across rapidly evolving businesses. Throughout her tenure at Accenture and Avanade, she architected HR transformations at scale, led global implementations, deployed Workday, designed HR process frameworks, and guided configuration, testing, training, and change management while focusing on developing talent, mentoring teammates and having the greatest impact along the way.

Known for being a trusted advisor, Dana partners closely with executives as a coach and thought leader, ensuring HR serves as a catalyst for business performance, not simply a compliance function. Her ability to translate complexity into clarity is one of her defining strengths.
Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Ohio University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from La Roche University. This blend of communication expertise and HR leadership uniquely positions her to transform business challenges into people strategies that work.
Deeply committed to serving her community, Dana is a member of the Board of AMI Hope for Wellness, advocating for mental health awareness and access.
She is also a proud Delta Zeta alumna, continuing to support the organization’s mission of leadership, scholarship, and service. In her spare time, Dana travels, sings on a worship team, hosts friends and family and spends as much time as possible outside. Today, through her HR consulting practice, Dana brings executive-level insight, deep HR expertise, agility, and strategic leadership to organizations of all sizes, providing part-time HR support with full-time impact.

Dana’s work has led to travel throughout the world. She has called New York and Columbus home, and now resides outside of her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her family.
